Last week I had a boy show up to kids club with a shriveled hand. I asked if I could pray for his hand that Jesus would heal it. This chalk board lesson is about Jesus healing the man with the shriveled hand on the sabbath. The judgmental pharisees are looking on in anger and awe that Jesus would break their religious traditions. It's a good lesson that our traditions, habits and even religious practices should not get in the way of love and doing whatever God would ask of us.
