After four months digging through a duffle bag I finally unpacked in the glorious new house in Harlem. It really is a beautiful house and is settling as all new houses do. I am learning my way around her and we are getting along well together.
I am still working on the furniture situation because as it turns out furniture here is beyond expensive. But slowly I am working my way into the missionary community where hand me downs are often available because so many people spend thousands of dollars to set up beautiful western style homes then quit early because its too hard. So if I hold out some good stuff will probably come my way.
